Martin Kornberger & Volker Kuhn

In 1979, Martin Kornberger and Volker Kuhn met and began working together on musical ideas. After several cassette albums, they released their debut CD The Castle in 1991.

Martin brings classical piano education, keyboards and electronics to dense, rhythmically oriented arrangements. Volker combines electric and acoustic guitars with MIDI-controlled synthesis, expressive lines and ambient atmospheres. Together, their music moves between melodic warmth, progressive rhythm and cinematic darkness.
